We look

$1610/week for two
plus tax and service.
Booking
Terms:
We have only
six villas, so we are frequently fully booked during
the winter high season as well as major holidays.
Our policy is
that we take a 50% deposit to confirm the booking and
the remaining 50% is put through 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations:
All cancellations
prior to the 30 days before arrival
would result in a refund of the deposit less a
15% cancellation fee.
Any cancellation
within that 30 day period may not give
us the ime needed to get a re-booking for the vacancy
created.
If we're unable
to re-book, we would not refund your payment
however if we
are able to re book the villa, we would refund your
payment less the 15% cancellation fee.
Holiday
periods:
For those busy
vacation times, we take a 50% deposit and the balance
of payment 60 days prior to arrival.
We have a
no refund policy for the major holiday
weeks of Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years
since we would have turned down numerous rental inquiries
for these time periods.
Please consider
taking out trip cancellation insurance which will cover
those last minute emergencies.
